Called our apartment community office asked for the maintenance supervisor, when he was told he's not usually in the office the guy squealed "OOOHHHHHHH" and hung up in my leasing agent's face. If I could call their office back,I would cuss him out for all he's worth for this nonsense.
I have had much the same experience with this person, Tim Phillips. Today he calls and without even introducing himself or his company, proceeds to tell me he'd like to take me from GA back to NY, take care of me, rub my feet, and never let me work a day in my life because he liked my accent. Very creepy! Of course he then gives me his sales talk and when I tell him that my boss makes the purchasing decisions, he says, "I know. I've already spoken to him and he asked me to call you" which I know did not happen. Told him I'd have to talk to my boss and call him back. He gave me a direct call back number 800-827-0869.
