My last call from this number was back in June. They called me again yesterday at 4:01 pm. I was at work, and they left no message. Caller ID said "out of area". I will be reporting them to the FCC and FTC and including some of the information other posters found out about these low-lifes.
Welcome to the world of automated telemarketing!. The number is a spoof, so that you WON'T be able to call back. You'll never know from where the call originates; you'll never find out who it is, and you'll never be able to trace it. Just don't answer any calls from numbers you don't recognize.
Very annoying - is there anything that can be done? I get this same call almost at the same time every day. Is there some type of agency that handles this type of situation?
