We just got a call. at 8 AM from that number. Another call we get comes around 6 in the evening on a regular basis. The ID shows SMS. We are on the 'no call' list but it does not seem to matter. We have Century Telephone. TWe were told their annoyance bureau phone number is 800 582 0655.
From reading all the comments, it looks like they are from the St. Louis area. Just another scammer the FTC should look into. Never pick up, and they will quit eventually. If you pick up, it gives them an open number, and they will continue to harass you.
Horridly over familiar woman laughing about how hard it is to get ahold of us. Stupid nonsense. Hung up on her. Breast Cancer supposedly which I very much doubt.
