We just got a call. at 8 AM from that number. Another call we get comes around 6 in the evening on a regular basis. The ID shows SMS. We are on the 'no call' list but it does not seem to matter. We have Century Telephone. TWe were told their annoyance bureau phone number is 800 582 0655.
Perhaps you should have taken the time to read the following and then you would have known that charities are not required to scrub their call lists because they don't sell anything?

ID shows Breast Cancer, I don't call back. I don't know if it's a recording or someone wanting money. They leave no message. I block the number but keeping their calls using another number. Do no call list is a joke because not for profit calls always have an angle and someone profits. Ask any politician.
