5/16/16 Received a call from MARKET PLACE, 636-224-3292 today and twice previously since 3/25/16. This time a recorded message was left, “Consumer Alert . . . If you are a loved one . . . IBC Blood Clot Filter. . . injured . . . massive compensation . . . press 5 for your case review . . . press 8 to leave a call back message for someone to contact you . . . “. No company name was given. This is an apparent scam that mimics very closely current television ads for the same class action suit by a legitimate “ambulance chaser” legal firm.
I did not pick up, but hung up immediately!! They did not leave a message. I'm so sick and tired of getting unwanted calls from so many different numbers. What is the use of being on the government Do Not Call List. Anyway, I will still report this number to the site and file a complaint.
