Message unintelligible. Poorly recorded robo call message left on my cell which is registered with the DO NOT CALL Registry. I actually believe the Registry opened the floodgates to these calls. I receive at least one a day...At LEAST.... Different day, different number since registering my number.
this is obviously a scam.... reading some of the other post this number is either "unavailable" or "market place" and today the caller id showed "IVC claims cntr". obviously a scammer changing the name and tactic but still just a scam!!!!! report to your local attorney general's office
