I got a message to call citi mortgage, whom I just refinanced with. When I called him back he said he is Israel cross with citi mortgage & needed me to fax income papers since I no longer working, which I did since i was currently working with citi mortgage. I called him back & the line was busy for 5 plus hours. This morning I called the number and there was to answer no matter how many times the phone. Now I have to worry about fraud.
