Received an automated call from James Kasten indicating this was their 2nd attempt to contact me regarding an IRS matter and that if I ignore calling them it would lead to a federal incitement. Interestingly, I just received my tax refund for last years taxes. Guess the IRS forget to check and see if I had back taxes so they could keep the money. Just block the number.  I've received this same call for a number of different numbers from all over the country. This must be a big market scam!!
