If you have a Paypal account Paypal signed people up to a credit card without their knowledge or permission. You might want to look into that. Also bill me later is a Paypal entity that many people are having problems with. Just a bigger part of the scam that is associated with eBay.
When I answered after the 3rd unanswered call this week, she wanted to verify who I was but not herself. She said it had to do with a personal matter and she worked for client services. I hung up on her since she wouldn't tell me who she was or what she wanted.
