Who called from 6365160000

I got a call from this number threatening a federal court judgement against me but they did not use my name in the message. Sounds official!

Got a phone call but no message.  I ignored the call because I didn't recognize the number

They keep calling when I call back I can't reach them so I answered the call and it sounded like a Muslim and they said is this John I said who is this then they said I was going to be arrested

First, I never answer a call when I don't recognize a number. Secondly, if the caller does not leave a message with my answering device, I block their number permanently with my well-featured Panasonic phone.

They said they were calling from aol our internet server & that my computer had malware on it! so they wanted to "fix" it!
