Who called from 6365160000

Didn't answer. No message left.

These people keep calling each time using the same number bit different area calls.  No messages left and unable to reach when I try calling them

Called at 6:00PM, did not leave a message

Got a call from this number and decided to answer it. So, the guy said: " I am calling from United States, Washington DC. My name is XXX ( I forgot it), how are you ntoday?". I just hung up thinking it is some sort of a scam. The guy has accent and it was weird saying he is calling from USA.

I've received multiple calls from these people, same last 7 digits with a little bit different area code each time. Never have answered.
