This was a political recording about Proposition B, but it was on the side of the puppy mills that create animal abuse.
They are putting out these calls in response to the Humane Society calls that went out last week asking for an end to puppy mill abuse.
I can't believe these people have a big enough lobby that they are willing to call homes implying puppy mills are ok and and animal abuse isn't a problem because there are already laws about it. I guess they don't care that dogfighting and every manner of animal abuse are rampant in this state.
