Rightwing Carpetbaggers by the name of "Chicago Call" (According to Caller ID) with an automated message, (Illegal in the state of California; in which they called;) pontificating on my answering machine to the wisdom of Solar Energy as follows:

"Tired of watching your electricity bill go up, year, after year, after year?  Feeling like there is nothing you can do about it?  THOUSANDS of people have already locked in their electricity rates!  If you would like to start spending less NOW, please press one and a Syndicated Solar Representative will be right with you.  If
you would like to be automatically removed from our calling list..."

Any rightwing parasite that would use a phone number in another state from where they apparently are calling from or attempting to hide their company name AND would stoup to other illegal tactics (Such as automated/Robo Calling) to attempt to separate you from your money needs to be sued out of business by the gov't; but in the meantime I wouldn't be fooled by any slick talk they may lay on you.  It's pretty clear what they are...
