Who called from 6367301196

Guy with accent didn't know who he was calling, mumbled something about Richard and hung up on me.

Didn't leave a message and an attempt to return the call directed me to a voice recording by a southern sounding femmale telling me the number could not be completed as dialed

called and never said anything. called them back and it was a disconnected number!

They have yet another business scam going, said it was US Home Improvement or something like that.  Obvious India call center, wanted to know when I would be available for a free estimate appointment.  My answer: NEVER!  Does anyone really fall for this stuff anymore?
