Keep calling no message no voice bad spam Blocked

I had the same call. And when I tried to call back it was a disconnected number. The person that asked for me by my first name then he hung up.

called  i said hello and no answer  back  i hung up and called back to which i got a recording stating that the call could not be completed as dialed.
