I called Sarah Keller as mentioned above. They're contracted by several newspapers across the country to sell subscriptions but the only one should knew of "in my area" is over 100 miles away. we'll see if the complaint to her works. She couldn't give me a reason why they hang up when I answer either.
Received a call from them today. No Voice mail. Is from the Pisa Group. They telemarket newspaper subscriptions nationwide. This information is not hard to find. No need to be scared of them. Just call their corporate office at 636-940-2200 and they will remove you from their call list.
Yeah its a bill collector. If they call on your cell phone just tell them that they are costing you money calling on your cell and to call your house phone...let them find the number!
I also keep getting calls from this number - several times per day. I don't answer numbers I don't know. Tried searching it without luck. They never leave a message but it's getting annoying!!! Wish there was something I could do. Thought about answering and blowing a whistle in the phone, but someone told me that if you answer they will know its a working number and sell it. Great, just what I would need, more crap calls!!!
