I suspect there is and unfurtunate person named Candice Green who is had her number spoofed and used this way with out her knowledge.
Unsolicited phone call from Indian sounding man named "Steve". Caller ID came up with this number and the name "Green Candie". No, I'm not making that up, but I laughed just as hard. Claimed he had received a report of malicious files on my Microsoft-based system. MAJOR SCAM!
