A lady by the name of Tess called saying that she was calling from Phillip Brown's office, who is supposedly a Benefit's Consultant. She wanted to confirm our mailing address and when I questioned her about why she needed it, she was condescending and said I was not being professional. Then said she'd get the address another way and hung up.
They called me offering me a accounting job, they found my resume at carrerbuilder.com.
I'm an Electronic Engineer and that job doesn't have nothing to do with it
They called and asked for me by name. I pretended I was not me and took a message to find out what it was about. He was obviously making this up, but said he was calling on behalf of an agent that left no notes or anything called Lionel White, and was trying to sort things out. He said "New York Life" which I could only find as an insurance company. Then he left a number for callback with a diff extension, 8397 I think, and then asked who I was. I gave them a different name and hung up.
