A lady by the name of Tess called saying that she was calling from Phillip Brown's office, who is supposedly a Benefit's Consultant. She wanted to confirm our mailing address and when I questioned her about why she needed it, she was condescending and said I was not being professional. Then said she'd get the address another way and hung up.

Also got a call from this number saying her name was Tess calling from Phillip Brown (benefits consultant). When I said we currently have a benefits consultant but are always interested in hearing about what different companies offer, she rudely replied "They're all the same. Thanks for your time." and hung up the phone on me.
Same experience here with the same person by the name of Tess. She asked to speak to the Benefits Director. I asked for her telephone number and that someone would call her back if they were interested. Tess responded by saying, "Who are you?" I told her that I am the office manager. Then she said, "Do you know anything about Keyman insurance?" Once I told her that I had never heard of it. She hung up! How rude is that?
