We were expecting another call today so picked up this call @ 11:02 AM this morning. Said hello and all I could hear was  background noise of a lot of people,like in a call center. No one said anything and I kept saying hello. So hung up and called back and got the recording that Patrick did.  Another scam no doubt. Had we not been expecting another call would not have picked up the phone.

Did not leave a message.

Are you kidding?  The Do Not Call list is totally useless.  It is not enforced at all.  If it was, we could pay down our national debt.
