Who called from 6462573613

Call from 646-257-3613 a few minutes ago, claiming to be from "National Health" and asking me personal questions about my health for Medicare.  Claimed he wasn't selling anything.  There is no "National Health" in the US.  This is BS.  After I refused to answer his first question, he hung up.

Left a message to my father who has been dead for 4 years saying it's his long lost friend and not to call him back ever....no problem...blocked.
