Called while I was driving.  Tried to swipe the call to "reject," but swiped the wrong way, and answered.  A voice came on, eventually, so I hung up.  They called back about five minutes later, but this time I swiped correctly.  They did not leave a message.

A lookup of this number revealed the name "VOIP-KEYS," whatever that means.
