It's recording that told me a there is complaint file against me from the IRS.  I hung up after about 20 seconds.  Heard this kind of recording before.  If they really do have a complaint file against me, I should have received a letter in the mail in regards to it.  Not threatened into call them to settle the matter over the phone.  If fear is used as a tactic to get you to do something, I take it as a bad sign.  Caller id has it listed as New York, NY.
