Fed Up, my call was exactly the same.....same name, too. I agree, that my main concern is other people who will be scared into doing what he asks. Earlier today I got a call from "IRS." And I checked, and am on the Do Not Call List.
Same kind of call, a foreign accent saying they are trying to contact me about a tax problem, press 1 for an officer. Pressed 1, got Officer Kevin Mason. I said "Officer Mason, you big F**king piece of S**t". Any other "officer" would have laid into me. He hung up. They fronted the call with a number from MS Technologies. BTW, like the others say, the IRS will not call you, they will send a letter. Under type of call below, it doesn't have "SCAM".
My wife says we ought to report them since we are on the do not call list. THEY DON'T CARE! They are criminals, not telemarketers. If we all got air horns, that might help.
I have good news and bad news. The good news is that the whole whistle/air horn thing will damage hearing. The bad news is that it will be your hearing that is damaged. That whistle/air horn thing is an urban myth.
