Block your 'Caller ID' number by dialing *67 to get the secondary 'stutter' dial tone.  Then dial the above number to receive a recording stating that the number is 'no longer in service', 'representative not available', 'reorder tone', etc.

Called today at 2:17 PM. CID said New York NY. I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.

Called me just now (03:15 PM).  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

I think some of these callers are pushing the limits just to disturb people, especially the ones on DNC. They don't get in trouble because they let it ring but do not leave a message . They probably have met their quota for being told where to go for the day.

What a sorry way to make a living. Sounded like they were calling from a Train station.
