Received a call from some guy I could barely understand who left me a message to call him back regarding a trade show in Toronto we are not even exhibiting in! SCAM.
Got a call from this number they woman on the line asked for our marketing department makes me think that if you don't know ANY ones name something is wrong. Said I would put her on hold, Did not put the call on hold for a few seconds I heard what sounded like a call center background noises, heard a lot of people talking and typing. I said nothing just listened. Before placing her on hold.
I received a voice mail from a man named Steve Hamilton - aside from that, I could not understand what he was saying. Had a thick accent and there seemed to be a lot of background noise.
Caller ID: CHPLANNERS (646) 453-7085. Left message regarding a trade show we are attending, did not say what he wanted or what it was about, but i will not be calling him back. I deal with the association directly for the show. SCAM ALERT.
