Number called today on my cel.  No answer when I picked up.

Same called twice. Busy tone when u call back

I live on the west coast and received a call from this number at 3 a.m.!!  And of course by the time I answered, they hung up!  White pages look up said the company was Paetec Communications Landline in New York, NY.

Received a call from (646)472-8260 at 4:53AM today (Saturday 6-6-2015).
No one on the line.
I've been on the Do-not-call list for several years.
Did NOT appreciate a 5AM call.
