Who called from 6464728260

They have called several times on my cell phone. No one is there when I answer. I just blocked this number and have blocked others also.

This number seems to call me every few weeks. As I don't take calls from area codes I don't recognize I ignore it. Never leave any voicemail.

10:14 AM my phone got a call saying it was from new York. I answered and it hung up instantly.

Called my cell just after 8AM PDT. They did not leave a message. Caller ID showed "New York". Add to Auto Reject list on Verizon.

They started to call me and it didn't even have time to ring because they hung up right away
