a Indian caller ID called from Washington(4256541401). when i picked it up , he asked me to pay $230 fee to qualify for $9000 dollars money grant. he demands me to send the money fee charge by moneygram or westernunion . and also he made someone from 6464800521 pretending to be IRS by telling me that owed $900 .
This scammer called me and told me that I was qualified for $9000 dollars grant money . he said to receive this $9000 dollars , I will have to pay $230 dollars fees.
