Have received two similar calls from 646 486 8492, close enough to the number given above. Both around 7PM, claiming to be from NYC Health Dept. Both times I said "Send me a letter" and hung up over voluble protests. Then didn't seem to know my name
I've also brought my cat to a new vet now I'm getting these calls also leaving me messages about my cat. But the message they leave is wrong info about my cat.
