Getting many phone calls per day saying I am entitled to free government money. Don't know if this is the same caller because I missed the call.

Just received a call from this number. Answering machine answered the call. Man voice said "hello" 3 times, and hung up. Lots of back ground noise.

This number just keeps calling over and over and never says anything. Just hangs on for a few seconds then hangs up.

Indian scammers. They call many times a day alternating between government grants and college loans. Total scum!
