Michelle from Credit Card Services. Said she could lower my credit card interest rates to as low as 6.9%. I pressed 1 to accept the offer and spoke with someone with a heavy Indian accent. After a few rounds of "Hello", I told him I don't have any credit cards and to stop wasting my time like I was doing to him. Hung up and blocked the number.

Received a call from this number yesterday. Did not answer it and they left no voicemail. Blocked the number.
