A call from this number with CNAM "New York NY" got past our third-party blocking service and left a message on our answering machine.  It's one of the standard credit card interest rate scam robocall recordings.  It started playing during our machine's greeting, before the beep, so we only got the tail end, "... if you have completed this process or not interested press 3 now.  Otherwise press 1 now to speak to a representative ..." [who'd like access to your account info for fraudulent purposes.]

Reverse lookup says it's a VoIP number but doesn't mention the carrier.  I reported the call to our third-party blocking service; hopefully they'll start intercepting calls from this number.
