this company calls constantly - not only are they rude, but when i asked who they wanted to speak with, they gave me my mother's name - she has been deceased for 10yrs.
They called me and I new it was a scam. I asked him what my name was which was incorrect. I asked him what type of computer I had. His reply a laptop. I said I haven't got a laptop. He called me a liar I said I haven't got a laptop I should know. Then I pretended to go along with it on my device which wasn't a laptop and he couldn't understand why my laptop didnt have a windows button on the key pad ! Which it hasn't and he called me a liar again. I told him he got the wrong person and not to call back. Next day I missed a call an received another call on the evening which I answered but they never said anythin :-/
He also said every time I use my laptop it sends them a virus message. I said ok when did it last send you a message. He then convieniently couldn't understand me !
There was a background noise and 2 different heavy accented men on other line. I told one I could not understand anything being said so he passed the phone to someone he said could speak better English... to no avail. He then said my computer had been hacked because it wasn't protected, he then instructed me to log on and follow his instructions, which I was not doing. After he thought I got so far he wanted me to push some button which I told him I did. I didn't because it is a completed scam anyone who gets a call from these people should not follow their directions
This number keeps calling my cellular. This person once left a voice mail that was unprofessional and rude, therefore, I know he is a scammer. When I see the number, I do not answer. I was scammed twice in the past few years?
