Same thing happened to me, my husband called me and the number 646-647-3965 showed up on my caller Id. These people need to get real jobs like a normal person.
They said to my wife she had an error on her Microsoft system. She told them she was handing the phone to her husband and they hung up. My guess is they are phishing for credit card information to fix a non-existent problem. No name shown on caller ID.
a few month's ago, I received call from some foreign accent man regarding I had a computer problem and he could fix it. told me he worked for Microsoft. I told him my computer was just fine, it was brand new the day he called, so no problem with it. He insisted he have look at it and see if it might have a virus. Told him to no way and not to phone again. but, he did call twice again. told him I was on to him and his scheme and I hung up!
