Yes just booked a flight through them and for some reason I purchased the Ins on my flight in case for some reason I had to cancel .Well I came down sick and had to cancel , they want me to spend five or six hundred dollars to go to a doctor and get a note saying I was not able to fly on that date. Then they also came back and said no refund due , because I did not notify them within 48 hrs in which I did 72 hrs. So now I am out five hundred and seventy one dollars . Go figure ha Ins Co ???? NEVER AGAIN
My phone rang at 1:30 in the morning; I answered after several rings but there was no one on the line. I noted the number (646-738-7810). The same number called back about 10 minutes later so I didn't answer. Then about 20 minutes later, the phone rang and it was the same area code+738-4943. I did not answer. Very annoying in the middle of the night!
I received two missed calls from cheapoair around midnight after booking a flight through their website. I am guessing they were calling in regards to my credit card being declined, I also received an email saying the same thing so I am still unsure why my credit card was declined.
Got this call today along with 646-738-4967, repeatedly, every few minutes for a half hour, even after I told them repeatedly to stop calling, a different person each time. Some story about how someone with a name (not mine) had just booked tickets from China to Paris on my Amex. I informed the caller that's not my name, and more so, I have not had an Amex for years. Second to last call I received, they asked for me by name and repeated last four digits of a supposed Amex card which I have not owned for years so heck if I know if it matched. I hung up and called Amex. To confirm that yes indeed my corporate credit card had been closed after I left the company I worked for YEARS AGO. They confirmed that it was closed and I have no Amex in my name.
While on the phone with Amex, this number tried to call in. Again. No message.
