I received a phone call today from this operation claiming they work for Microsoft company claiming I have a service contract with them. The caller has since tried to call at least twice.
A person by the name of Chris, supposedly from Superior Technician. Says my computer will not accept updates and wants to help to get updates. Believe this to be a scam. Voice of individual has accent believed to be Asian.
I received a phone call today from this operation claiming they work for Microsoft company claiming I have a service contract with them. The caller has since tried to call at least twice.
This same number has called me 4 times in the last week. I think he has switched his scam from computers to solar panels. A guy calling himself Kevin asked if I am the homeowner and if I wanted to install solar panels. After I told him to take me off the call list, he got creepy and started asking personal questions, at which point I hung up and blocked the number. That didn't stop him from trying to call back the next day, though.
