Just happened to me.... So i called the number back. A man answer the phone and I asked what company did I call and he hung up in my face. I called back and he refused to answer the phone. Please be aware that if you receive an automated message from the IRS it is a scam. All IRS correspondence will be in writing

Have called several times and is always a robo call claiming to be an officer with the IRS. Never uses my name and always talks in generalities. Tells me to call a number and resolve this issue as they have a warrant to arrest me if I don't. If genuine IRS does call, they are professional, always have your info and do not threaten over the phone--plus they ALWAYS mail warnings or letters as first contact. These are SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!
I just got a call but I couldn't answer so they left a voicemail saying that I would be arrested if I don't call back to resolve a matter (robotic voice). When I called them back a man answered as "IRS" but immediately told me it was a scam and to hang up and disregard the call.
