Got the exact same message. I'm located in Middlesex County NJ with a 732- area code. This is a very threatening warning. Has anybody told the IRS about this imposter caller?
Ok, I know I had posted on an IRS scam yesterday and I sang the praises of the improvement in English writing by the pin head that wrote the script.
Well, I take it all back, I just got a robocall that would make the other criminals not want to associate with this group. It is insane! Take a read of the transcripts.

Transcript: We have just received a notification regarding your tax filing from the headquarters which will get expired in next 24 working hours and once it get expired after that you will be taken under custody by the local cops as there are 4 serious allegation pressed on your name at this moment. We would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you the number to reach us is 646 809 9632. I repeat 640 6 809. 9632 thank you.
This sort of English does not lend credibility! Oh, and don't answer the call from the above number and do not give out your information.
I received the same call this afternoon. How Rude!! That is not right. Some sort of Legal action should be taken against those that are doing this and EVEN think that this is OK! It is NOT!!
I just got a call from this number as well. Same script as above in a voicemail. It might be some false alarm. Usually IRS will not leave a message like this and also if there is any outstanding cases from IRS they will inform you by letter.
This people should be prosecuted.
