Received a call from them a week ago they left message, me being concerned so I called them back. They, the Indian gentleman who I spoke with the Senior collection person. He stated I owed money to the IRS I asked why I was not aware of this. Still not sure, because it is the IRS. He told me how much I owed and what I needed to do. At the time I had taken my car to be serviced so i had no transportation. Still going along because they stated there was an warrent for my arrest ugghh. I asked why cant I just pay it on the IRS site? He said I needed to get the cash and then meet with an IRS rep and he would go over all the details. I then began to question, so I checked the IRS site and they have an article regarding these scams. Very scary. But no this the IRS leaves a paper trail and would never DEMAND immediate money.
