IRS scammer.  "Tax fraud", "call immediately", "federal court or arrested", etc.

'Time sensitive matter', 'Respond immediately', 'You will be arrested by local authorities if you do not call back'

Said I had 4 allegations against me. Called back and they just kept saying this is the IRS. I said you left me a voicemail. Her response,  this is the IRS.then she hung up

IGNORE - it is just a THIEF in India calling.  The IRS mails letters.
