A guy called me using my cell phone number and asked if I am connected to my company. I said yes but could not ask anything else because he disconnected immediately. Very strange. When I called back and got he following message: Sonetell Phone System No user for that number. Take care when you get a call from this number: 646-844-1954 New York, NY
Just received same kind of call...I said "if you are not a student here, we can't help you". I already had this number on my scam list so I knew it was not legitimate.
Called company number, asked for me by name and asked if I worked for the company. I asked why, and he hung up. Indian dude, sounded a lot like when I got a call from 813-369-5554
I got call from no (646-844-1954) and they want help for some storage related project, i go into deep and found that they are from market research company and not selling anything but trying to generate demand so i told them i am looking for best storage device in cheaper range, i think that would be great to answer them, cuz they will generate demand as per our need.
Idiot man with Indian accent asked for someone and when I told him that guy is not here right now he is on his way to Alaska, he asked for the IT department. Told him the whole department was packing up to move to Alaska. I think he hung up with his mouth open as he sounded very hesitant and puzzled.
