They sent my 10-year old daughter's cell phone this recorded message as well. So this is completely bogus. A lawsuit to begin with , including IRS on a child is never going to happen. Its a scam.
Called about IRS fraud and seeking legal action against me. After numerous times asking to speak with their supervisor they said "We'll see you in court" and hung up in my face.
Called and left a message stating I have a Warrenton out for my arrest. Funny how this ALWAYS happens AFTER I file my tax returns online...through Tax Act. Needless to say, I will not use them next year.
I do change the settings on my phone to hide my number and call them back, and stand on a button. Today, the dude that answered, spoke to someone in a foreign language.
They left a voicemail saying they would proceed with a lawsuit. Even though i know i did nothing wrong and have my bills paid, i called back to see if someone stole my identity. He put me on hold and came back with my name and i said yes it was me and he read me a bible verse and hung up!! What in the world are they doing?? I am reporting this immediately
