This company has called me MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY FOR MONTHS. First they tried the "eligible for pain management" trick, and I told them to never call me again. Then, they tried "We have identified a virus on your computer and we need to block it immediately. " I told them that was funny, sin e my personal laptop is home in its bag, out of power and not connected to any wi-fi, so good luck explaining how that could happen. Again, I told them not to call my number again . Today, they read off an email address that has not been in service since 10/2015, and said it was being used illegally in Capetown, South Africa. I said that was fine, since I no longer have service with that provider, & if someone else took/registered my former email address they could go to town on it. Then, the guy got ugly, & said that the account was still registered to me, and any illegal activity on it would be my responsibility. I told him that I'd just call Comcast myself & take care of that, & he sounded really confused, asking "YOU are going to call Comcast?" Yes, Sir, I am. I sure wouldn't trust YOU to do it!
Of course, Comcast confirmed that the email was inactivated, & hadn't been used since the account was closed. I've got an app now called Call Blocker, and they are now blocked. Jerks.
I too am getting calls from this number and multiple others. I tell them take me off list,where did you get my info from? They get ride and hang up,they fail back steady busy signal....call one of the other numbers that has called me with the same company name better healthy living,she says they are not affiliated with the others. They all say they from BHL., they call me for diabetes,and pain creme. ..I mostly get Indian,or some kinda foreigner. The lady that answered me today knew my name,so they must have me locked in their system,because she answers good day Terry,we are calling you to....and I stopped her right there,I called you to get this [***] straightened out....TAKE MY NUMBER OFF YOUR LIST....IM NOT GIVING ANYMORE INFO TO YOU PPL THEM YOU ALREADY HAVE.....STOP RINGING MY phone ALL DAY BACK TO BACK.....GRRRRR AND I HAVE ALSO HAD THEM JUST CALL AND HANG UP.....
