Call from a collection company that is working from and old OLD data base. They re-cycle it every year (or sell it to someone else). They have been calling me to collect from a "Gwen B*****" since 2009. Are they too dense to find this person? I found them in about 10 minutes on the internet!
I got a call from this number for the first time today...said he had a grant for $8,000 that he was from the government...had a lot of my personal info, though I did not verify that...scary...wanted me to pay a small fee to receive it...I hung up.
Just got a phone call from them, Indian guy and you can hear on the back a lot of people doing the same, he said they are "government" and the scary party he got all my info, I apply for a grant not long ago, he wanted 1.50 and pushing to much on me giving him a credit card number, I said I'm not giving you any info on that, and he started giving me "official information"
