Just got a call from this number. I don't answer out of state calls from unfamiliar phone numbers, so I let it go to voicemail.. no message left. I have had all three of my phone numbers, including cellphone(!) on the Do Not Call list for years.
These phone calls are irritating . If you answer you can't understand half of what they say, when you call back they hang up. I now answer and tell them hang on for a second and set the phone down , you can hear them yelling " hello hello hello " it's really hilarious !
