I received a Call from a guy saying he was from so and so conducting a survey for the wall street journal. He said his name was something Ghandi... heavily accented. I said No... HE CALLED BACK... he said.. give me 30 seconds I am not selling anything .. I said NO ... he called back and said.... "Cindy, get a rope and hang yourself" and hung up.
Claim to be a survey from the Wall Street Journal. Asking what broker I used. Don't tell her. It could be legit, because she has an email address that I use for the Wall Street Journal. But not worth the chance. They may just trying to take the name of your brokerage firm, and then try to hack into your account.
Some Indian woman called for a Wall Street Journal Survey 11 times after I politely said no thank you and hung up she kept calling back again and again, my words got even better from then on out.
