Didn't answer, had a robot leave a message stating it was a final notice from IRS filing a lawsuit against me and to get more information about this case file to call the number back. Did not call back.

IRS Scammers. Do not fall for them. They say "final notice", lawsuit. Little do they know that the IRS never calls people, just mailings.
