I got this message today.  Scared me at first but I assumed spam

Same thing happened to me here in Ottawa, but sounds more like an Eastern European accent. Have since reported to the CAFC. DO THE SAME!

Similar message. With a strong Indian or similar English accent. Comme je parle français je n'ai rien compris!
