Called two days in a row asking for the person in charge of our merchant account (credit card machine). In both cases, I've explained that we don't have a point-of-sale terminal on premises, all transactions are done over the phone. Each time, they responded: "sorry to bother you then" and hang up. Obviously they don't make a note of that fact in their system or they wouldn't keep calling me.
Called and asked for an employee who hasn't been with the company for 4 years. When I told him that he told me I didn't have to be so "F**king rude" and hung up.
They call everyday multiple times. I'm either with a customer or on the other line and there's no message. I've blocked the number last week and they still call multiple times everyday
647-812-0118 is a number, at least that's what they use to display, used by Digitech Payment for payment service we don't need. They are a relentless telemarketer whose number I've just blocked.
No answer today but the other day I had the call referring to our "merchant account". Not sure if it was from this number but person didn't seem to know what a merchant account was anymore than I did. Finally mentioned our credit card account.
